Who are you and what do you do?
Vision Work Group Denver is a full-service audiovisual production and rentals company. We provide lighting, sound, video, LED walls, projection, staging, drape, and digital signage for corporate meetings, conferences, galas, concerts, and special events.
What AV services do you offer?
Show design, CAD/floorplans, project management, audio systems, lighting design, LED video walls & projection, cameras/IMAG & recording, stage/pipe & drape, digital signage, scenic, power distribution, crew, delivery, setup, show-calling, and strike.
Do you support small meetings and large general sessions?
Yes—everything from boardroom AV to multi-room conferences and large general sessions with LED walls, broadcast audio, stage lighting, and multi-camera packages.
Can you provide LED walls and digital signage?
Absolutely. We carry indoor and outdoor LED panels, processors, media servers, and digital signage solutions for sponsor loops, agendas, and wayfinding.
Do you offer livestreaming or hybrid event support?
Yes—encoding, multi-camera switching, graphics, remote presenters, platform integration, and recording/archival deliverables.
Where do you operate?
We serve Denver metro, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins/NoCo, and the Colorado mountain resorts (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Aspen).
Do you work directly with venues and hotels?
Yes. We coordinate load-in/out, power, rigging points, and schedules with venue teams and follow all house rules and safety standards.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?
Yes—we carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue as additionally insured.
What power or rigging info do you need?
We’ll review venue specs and provide a power/rigging plan with amperage, distro, and point loads (if flown). For ground-support, we’ll outline ballast and safety.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak seasons, we recommend 6–12 weeks in advance; for large shows, 2–4+ months. We often accommodate tight timelines—reach out and we’ll advise.
Can you help with stage design and scenic?
Yes—stage elevations, stage decks/steps, pipe & drape, branded scenic, LED set pieces, and lighting looks tailored to your theme.
Do you provide tech crew and show-calling?
Yes—A1/A2 audio techs, L1 lighting directors, V1/LED techs, camera ops, stagehands, and a show-caller/TD to keep everything on cue.
How does pricing work?
After a discovery call and venue details, we’ll deliver a transparent quote with equipment, labor, delivery, setup/strike, and any optional upgrades.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Outlined in your proposal: deposit terms, cancellation windows, and date-transfer options when available.
